Since relaunching the estate in 2002, Fabien Moreau has taken the domaine to new heights through organic farming and a meticulous, hands-on approach in both vineyard and cellar. Working exclusively with estate-grown fruit from old vines rooted in Kimmeridgian limestone, the domaine produces Chablis wines renowned for their purity, precision and ageworthiness.
